With all of us embarking on a new journey with yet another new year, almost every one must have aspiration of making our lives better or some of us would even want to continue maintaining the status quo as we may be satisfied with the way our life has progressed so far. But to better our lives in this New Year or even to maintain the status quo in our life, whatever may be the case; it requires some change in our thinking and our approach towards life.
These self improvement activities would certainly help us become more productive, get into the positive state of mind and achieve better quality of life in this New Year and the years ahead.
