A whistleblower is a person who raises a concern about wrongdoing occurring in an organization or body of people, usually this person would be from that same organization. The revealed misconduct may be classified in many ways; for example, a violation of a Law rule, regulation and/or a direct threat to public interest, such as fraud health/safety violations, and corruption.

This theory looks pretty much interesting and raises the spark within to stand up and fight against the wrong. But how many of us do that?? How are we different for the group of sheep? We speak volumes and big words when people are around us but when leadership quality is needed to stand by the truth, we fail to do that and merely quit and compromise with anything that could get us out of it. No, this is not the way, today we are the students and tomorrow we have the responsibility of leading different streams and many other people and a leader who is afraid of mere failure or being thrown out of the organization he is associated with, can never lead anyone. Awake arise and stop not until the goal is reached” ( swamy vivekananda), we come across many things that are unethical and are wrong, Why don’t we take initiative. How long are we going to be spectators? Why can’t we be the players? We see so many things around us, on the roads, and even we ourselves do things with selfish intentions that are completely unethical but the same casual attitude of “what difference will it make if I alone don’t do it”. No, it does make a very big difference and why do we compromise with our individual ethics just by comparing it with others? The trend of exercising the power “cohesive power” dominates only when the followers are like us. But if we are ethical in our approach and then if we standby the truth then nobody in this world could pit our downfall. Tomorrow we will be the employees of various corporate units; this attitude of compromising on unethical things may reap benefits at individual or corporate level but can only be at the cost of injustice to others. Help the needy, work for the well being of others and great almighty GOD will certainly bestow his blessings on us.
